Here at Gyidi, one of our pillars is ownership. We find no delight in holding your assets over your head. Once your project is complete and fully paid for, you will be the OWNER of all of your assets. We provide you with all of the files that were created for you. While there may be some ongoing tech fees (discounted tools), you can separate yourself from us and be in charge of those tools for yourself (although it will cost you more). For example, we charge a lower yearly fee for Elementor Pro, since we are licensed for a certain number of websites.

You are required to pay 50% before the project start date, and the other 50% just before completion. If you are booking a project more than 4 weeks away, you will then be required to split that first 50% into two payments (25% upfront to reserve your spot on the calendar, and the other 25% before the project start date), and the other 50% just before completion.
 
Larger projects can also be split up into more payments that are spread out, but that can always be discussed. All deposits and payments are non-refundable as they cover any work that is completed should anything go wrong (we surely hope that all goes perfectly well, but we do need to protect ourselves.)

Absolutely!! Please keep in mind that our prices may increase at any time, due to business growth, new skills, experience, and increased demand. Dut to these ongoing changes, our quotes stand for 6 weeks. If you would like to lock in the price, you can reserve your spot for a later date by making your 25% payment. That is the only way you’ll be able to lock in your price while you save up for the project. If you’re not in a place where you can reserve your spot, make sure you’re subscribed to our list for updates on contests, deals, and more!

Web Design

Absolutely! All of our websites are created to fit all screen types because we understand that the first time a prospect encounters your website will most likely be on a mobile device.

 
We currently do not offer hosting, and encourage you to purchase your own hosting. We do make recommendations and allow you to choose based on your needs. We want you to OWN your brand, and that includes hosting. We would hate for you to run into an issue where you are not in control.
We create all of our websites through WordPress.org. This means that you have to have a host (i.e. GoDaddy, HostMonster, WPEngine, etc),  of which you get WordPress for free. No, this is not the same as WordPress.com. WordPress through a host allows for much more customization and is also more cost effective.

Brand Identity

Anything is possible, however, our best work is done when we have the time to fully brainstorm and give you the a well thought out strategy. On the other end, we may also be booked at any given time. If you find yourself in a bind, it doesn’t hurt to ask us if we have any room in our schedule. Please keep in mind that a rush fee will be applied!
No, we can’t just create a logo for you. We’ve said good by to the days where you could simply have a logo and nothing else. To run a successful business, your audience is looking for more than pretty photos and a logo. They are in need of a consistent, authentic experience, and our package is built to help you identify and create just that. The logo and branding assets are just an extension of that. Today, your brand needs digital and printing assets that are cohesive and speak to the overall strategy that completes your business.

Graphic Design

We implement the various tools alotted in the Adobe suite for logo design. We use Adobe XD to create mockups and prototypes. When it comes to template creation, we most likely use Canva in order to make it user friendly for you.
